I am really struggling with these fibroids. I found out a few months ago after seeing a doc for severe cramps and heavy bleeding. I mean, it was exhausting, and honestly, I thought it was just my usual period issues or something I’d have to live with. But when the test showed fibroids, I felt overwhelmed. They said they could be small, but still, I can feel them. I've been searching everywhere about how to cure fibroids naturally free, you know? I've tried changing my diet—added more green veggies and cut out sugar—but the heavy bleeding and cramps still come back every month, like clockwork. I even read something about certain herbs, but I don’t really know which ones. There’s so much info out there! Some people said yoga helped them, but I can’t commit to a class with my schedule.
