Your diet should ideally consist of light, easily digestible foods, emphasizing on fresh, organic vegetables and fruits. Favor cooked meals over raw, especially during the evening, to ensure your agni, or digestive fire, is not overwhelmed. Opt for foods that have a cooling effect - like cucumber, zucchini, and leafy greens. They can help balance Pitta dosha, often aggravated in fibroid cases.
