I am really struggling with this health issue, and I just feel confused. Doctor recommended m2 tone syrup, right? But like, how to take m2 tone syrup properly? I've been reading some stuff online, but all the info seems kinda scattered? Like, should I take it on an empty stomach, or with food? I tried it a few days ago, and honestly, it gave me a bit of nausea. Not sure if it was related to the syrup or what I ate that day. I've got these irregular periods and a lot of stress lately, it's such a mess! My friend said the m2 tone syrup can really help, but I just wanna make sure I'm taking it the right way. Also, how long does it usually take to work? I really need some clarity here. I saw some forums where people talked about drinking warm water after taking it, but does that really make a difference?
