I am dealing with some frustrating symptoms lately and heard that is ghee good for pcos? I've been trying to manage PCOS for a while now, but my period's still all over the place, and I keep getting those annoying cystic breakouts. Ugh! A friend mentioned ghee, and I’ve read that it could help balance things out, but I’m kinda skeptical. Like, is ghee good for pcos really? I tried some dietary changes already—cut out sugar and junk, which is hard, but I want to try anything that works. My doctor keeps saying to focus on my diet, so I thought maybe ghee could be part of it. I found recipes with ghee for cooking, and it sounds kind of tasty actually, but I’m worried because I heard some folks say it can be too heavy. Does anyone actually know if there’s real evidence out there or personal experience that is ghee good for pcos? I really want to get my hormones in check and feel descent again.
