I am really concerned about my blood sugar levels during this pregnancy. I was always careful about what I eat, but last week at my check-up, my doctor said my sugar levels are on the higher side, which is really stressing me out. I’ve been feeling super tired and I'm worried that I might have gestational diabetes. I’ve read some stuff about how to reduce sugar level during pregnancy home remedies, but I have no clue what really works. Like, I've tried incorporating some veggies and whole grains, but I love my sweets, you know? It’s tough to find a balance. Also, last night, I was craving a chocolate bar so bad I ended up eating it and now I just feel guilty. Can drinking water help? I heard that drinking water is good for keeping sugar levels down. But I’m also wondering about herbal teas or maybe specific spices that could help? I’ve seen stuff about cinnamon, but how exactly do I use it?
