I am really struggling with, well, a whole bunch of memory issues lately. It's like, sometimes I can't remember where I put things, like my keys or phone, and it gets annoying. I read this article that said stress can really impact memory, and I definetely have a lot of that with work and family stuff piling up. Plus, I feel like I'm getting older and everyone keeps talking about how cognitive function changes with age. I'm in my late 30s and trying hard to stay sharp! I wanna know how to increase the memory power naturally. Are there any Ayurvedic suggestions? I’ve tried some late night ginkgo biloba stuff, but honestly, I didn’t notice a difference. Also, I've heard about herbs, like Brahmi and Ashwagandha and stuff? Do those really help? I feel like I need some kinda magic pill but I know that’s not how it works. Sometimes, I even forget to eat meals or drink enough water cause I'm so busy. I heard a good diet can help too, but what does that even mean for memory? How to increase the memory power with foods? Should I be avoiding some things or adding more nuts and greens? I really don’t know what to do, and I'm hoping you all have some good advice. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
