I am struggling with my memory lately and it's really starting to freak me out. I used to have a great recollection of things, like remembering names or important dates, but now simple stuff slips my mind all the time. Just last week, I couldn't remember the recipe for a dish I cook frequently! Frustrating, right? My family keeps joking that I’m getting too old, but I'm only in my early 30s. Anyway, I’ve been reading some articles about how to increase your memory power and tried a few things like staying organized and using apps, but I feel like it's not enough. I've also included a lot of nuts in my diet and I’ve started doing puzzles to challenge myself. I really want some natural ways—how to increase your memory power through Ayurvedic practices? Is there something specific in Ayurveda that could help? Like a particular herb or routine? I honestly wish I could just snap my fingers and remember things easily again. Anyone have experience with this, or know how to increase your memory power more effectively? Would love to hear anything that has worked for you. It’s like I know I can do better, but I just need the right guidance! Thanks a lot!

5. Oil Therapies: Nasya is an Ayurvedic therapy involving oil applications to the nasal passages, traditionally using sesame oil or brahmi ghee, and has shown to improve memory functions. Gently administer 2-3 drops in each nostril in the morning to nourish the brain tissues.

6. Mental Exercises: While you already do puzzles, diversifying your cognitive challenges can help. Engage in tasks that require memorization or learning something new, such as a language, to stimulate brain activity.
