Aapke umra aur paristithiyon ko dekhkar, is avastha ka sambandh menopause se ho sakta hai, jo post-menopausal bleeding ke roop mein dekha ja sakta hai. Agar aapke sare medical test normal hain aur rasolian safe hain, fir bhi ye samay Ayurveda ke zariye kuch prakritik upaaye aazmane ka hai, jo aapke liye laabhkari ho sakte hain.
Pehla kadam aapke liye vata dosha ko santulit karne ki or ho sakta hai, kyunki menopausal phases mein vata ki dushti aksar dekhne ko milti hai. Aapne apne lifestyle mein kuch parivartan kar sakte hain, jaise:
1. Ashwagandha aur Shatavari ka sevan: Ye dono jadbootiyan vata ko santulit karne aur hormonal balance mein madadgar hoti hain. Raat ko dudh ke sath inka sevan karke aap sukh ki neend le sakte hain.
2. Diet par focus: Garam, unctuous aur ghee aur til se yukta aahaar apnaaein jo vata ko shant kare. Thande samagri aur processed food se duri banaye.
3. Yoga aur Dhyan: Mandukasan, Matsyasana jaise simple aasan aur daily meditation aapko sharirik aur manasik stress ko kam karne mein madad karenge.
4. Panchakarma Therapy: Jei apke liye available ho toh vamana aur virechana jesi therapies vata imbalance ko thik karne mein bhut hi karya-kari hai.
Agar bleeding pratyaksh roop se band nahi ho rahi, toh kripya apne gynecologist se dobara salah lena, aur unke nirdeyat anusar kaam karein.
