Hello! After 18 years after chemotheraphy I still have very hot feet on soles and On the sides. Is still possible to resolve this problem? Thank you 🙏🙏🙏

1. Herbs and Remedies: Start incorporating cooling herbs like Shatavari and Guduchi. Shatavari (10 grams with warm water) can be taken twice daily, promoting cooling and soothing properties. Guduchi, available as a powder or supplement, provides anti-inflammatory effects. Both of these can help to balance pitta over time.

2. Dietary Adjustments: Favor foods that are naturally sweet, bitter, and astringent to pacify pitta. Include more cucumbers, melons, and greens like spinach in your meals. Avoid spicy, fried, and overly salty items. Stay well-hydrated with water infused with mint leaves, which can provide a natural cooling effect.

3. Feet Care: A practical solution may be applying coconut oil to the feet before bed. Coconut oil is known for its cooling properties; apply generously and follow up with a cool water rinse in the morning.

4. Lifestyle Modifications: Aim to reduce heat-generating activities and stress. Consider daily self-care rituals like Abhyanga, or oil massage, using cooling oils such as sandalwood or lavender, to promote overall body balance.

5. Yoga and Pranayama: Undertake regular practice of cooling yoga postures and pranayama techniques. Sheetali and Sheetkari breathwork can facilitate cooling from the inside out. Moreover, practicing cooling yoga poses like forward bends and twists can help in alleviating excessive heat.
