You likely have Vata–Kapha imbalance with ama (toxins). The cyst pain after exertion points to aggravated Vata, and the mouth coating suggests weak digestion.

What helps: Eat warm, cooked, light foods; avoid cold, fried, heavy, and sugary foods Keep meals regular and dinner early & light Sip warm water through the day; scrape tongue on waking Use mild spices like ginger, cumin, coriander Avoid overexertion; keep the body warm These steps gently balance Vata–Kapha and reduce ama.

Continue medical follow-up for cysts, especially with your past cancer history.

Hi Teenaa, I admire your strength as a breast cancer survivor who’s staying on top of things with your health. It sounds like your body’s asking for a little tune-up with these cysts, pain after you push yourself, that heavy feeling, and the morning ama.

YOUR CONCERN

* You beat cancer (so your tissues are extra sensitive now) * Painful cyst when you overdo it * You’ve got a few benign cysts * Morning ama * Mostly vegetarian * Your food choices might be part of the problem

This points to:

* Too much Kapha (which can cause cysts) * Vata out of whack (hence the pain and sensitivity) * Ama buildup (icky toxins) * Fat and muscle issues * Tiny blockages in your system

In Ayurveda, these cysts are seen as a Kapha + Ama thing.

TREATMENT GOAL

* Get rid of the Ama (gentle detox) * Balance Kapha and Vata * Get your digestion going strong * Fix tissue stuff * Keep new cysts from popping up

AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

INTERNAL MEDICATION

For Ama & Kapha –Triphala Churna – ½ tsp at bedtime with warm water –Hingvashtak Churna – ½ tsp with lunch –Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tab twice daily

For Cysts – Kanchanar Guggulu – 2 tabs twice daily –Trikatu Churna – ¼ tsp before meals with honey

For Vata Balance: – Ashwagandha Capsule – 1 at night – Guduchi Capsule – 1-0-1

Detox

Morning - Warm water + lemon + dry ginger Weekly:- One light meal day (soup/khichdi only)

DIET PLAN

INCLUDE * Warm cooked meals * Moong dal, barley * Steamed veggies * Ginger tea * Turmeric + pepper

AVOID * Curd at night * Cheese/paneer * Cold grub * Sugar * Bakery stuff * Late dinners

LIFESTYLE CHANGE

Daily * 30 min walk * Kapalbhati * Anulom Vilom

Avoid: * Overdoing it * Napping during the day * Getting too cold

Cysts aren’t just random things. They’re a sign that things are off inside. When your digestion and Kapha are back on track, the cysts should chill out.

Ayurveda’s a slow and steady thing – just what your body needs after cancer.

Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate

Thank you for sharing your history and first of all it is very reassuring to hear that you are doing well after breast cancer since 2018 that itself shows good inner strength and healing capacity the painful cyst at your back triggered after exertion suggests local congestion and strain rather than anything serious and the presence of benign cysts in different parts of the body usually reflects slow metabolism sluggish circulation and accumulation of waste over time especially when digestion is not fully clean the white coating and heaviness in the mouth on waking clearly indicates that digestion is leaving residue overnight so the approach here should be very gentle steady and supportive rather than aggressive or detox oriented

Start by correcting daily routine keep your meals warm freshly cooked and simple avoid leftover food cold food cheese bakery items excess sugar and heavy night dinners dinner should be light and taken early sip warm water through the day especially in the morning after waking you can drink warm water boiled and slightly cooled to help internal cleansing daily gentle movement like walking stretching or yoga is important but avoid sudden overexertion or strain oil massage over the body two to three times a week with warm sesame based oil followed by a warm bath will help improve circulation and gradually soften cystic tendencies for the painful cyst locally warm compress or gentle oil application is enough for now

For internal balance choose mild digestion improving herbs rather than strong medicines a gentle digestive tablet or powder once or twice daily after food can help clear the morning mouth coating over time for cyst tendency and tissue balance a mild herbal formulation that works on circulation and fluid balance can be taken in low dose under guidance patience is very important here as benign cysts reduce slowly over months not days good sleep emotional calmness and avoiding stress are equally important since long term stress also contributes to such growths with this steady approach most people notice reduced pain improved digestion lighter mornings and gradual softening of cysts if you wish I can further personalize this based on your age bowel habits sleep and energy levels

🍲 Diet & Lifestyle for Balancing Vata–Kapha - Favor warm, light, cooked foods: Khichdi, soups, steamed vegetables. - Spices to reduce ama: Ginger, turmeric, black pepper, cumin, ajwain. - Avoid Kapha-aggravating foods: Excess dairy, fried foods, sweets, and cold/raw items. - Morning routine: Warm water with lemon or ginger to clear ama. - Exercise: Gentle yoga, walking, and pranayama (avoid overexertion that worsens cyst pain). - Oil pulling: Sesame oil swishing in the morning helps reduce ama in the mouth.

Since the back cyst has become painful upon exertion, please get it evaluated by your doctor or oncologist to confirm it is inflammation and not anything else. Painless cysts are usually benign; painful ones need a quick check.

Ayurvedic Prescription 1. Kanchanar Guggulu Dosage: 2 tablets twice daily. Time: After food with warm water.

2. Morning Detox: Drink 1 cup of hot water with 1/2 tsp Dry Ginger Powder and 1 tsp Lemon Juice. Tongue Scrape: Use a copper scraper daily to physically remove the bacterial load.

3. Dashang Lepa: Usage: Mix this herbal powder with water to make a paste. Apply it over the painful cyst and leave it for 30 minutes. If unavailable, apply a warm compress (Hot Water Bag) to melt the Vata blockage causing the pain.

4. Vata-Kapha Diet Avoid: Dairy (Cheese, Milk, Yogurt), Cold drinks, and Sweets. These foods increase moisture and make cysts grow. Eat: Warm, spicy, and dry foods like Barley, Millet, Green Moong Dal, and cooked vegetables seasoned with Turmeric and Pepper.
