●Okay, I have understood your problem and have prescribed some medicine. Take it on time. ●Iron and Blood Formation The iron in raisins aids in hemoglobin synthesis. This: • Benefits anemia • Reduces fatigue • ●Plant-Based Iron and Problems Heme iron (from animals) is easily absorbed by the body. Non-heme iron (from plants – such as spinach, chickpeas, kidney beans, and lentils) is not easily absorbed by the body. Because of this, iron deficiency is more likely in vegetarians. ●Why is Vitamin C important? Vitamin C (amla, lemon, orange, tomato, capsicum, etc.) converts non-heme iron in the body into a soluble and absorbable form. This means that iron that would normally be wasted is now useful to the body.Iron + Vitamin C Combination Sprinkle lemon juice over spinach or green vegetables. Eat kidney beans/chickpeas/lentils with tomato or lemon salad. Eat amla or orange with soaked chickpeas in the morning. Cooking in an iron pan also provides a little extra iron. ●Liver and Skin Both science and Ayurveda believe that skin is a mirror of the liver. Raisins: • Improves liver function • Helps eliminate toxins • Purifies the blood. The result: natural, lasting skin glow ●Dates-Blood Booster: The iron content of dates and the calcium of milk revitalize the body.Blood purifier: Helps in purifying the blood and increasing haemoglobin. ●How to consume: Boil 2-3 dried figs in a cup of milk for 5-7 minutes. Consume lukewarm. It’s best before bedtime. Caution: People with diabetes and obesity should consume this product in limited quantities.Blood Boosting and Energy • Figs are high in iron and copper. Milk is rich in vitamin B12 and protein. This combination helps relieve anemia, fatigue, and weakness. ● Take all above-mentioned medicine upto 4 to 5 months and follow up after 1 months or 15 days.

Hemolytic anemia is a chronic immune and hematological disorder, ayurvedic treatment is supportive and continue ongoing medical care. In Ayurveda, Start with Heposem tablet 1-0-1 after food with water will help improve liver and spleen Ashwagandha lehyam 0-0-1tsp after dinner with water, will help improve your strength Lohasav 5ml. -0-5ml. After food with water.will help improve your blood quality Include natural remedies like Some of home remedies: Fresh Pomegranate juice 200ml or apple juice Amla juice 15ml. Is important as Vitamin C plays an important role to convert non- heam iron in the body into soluble and absorbable form. Include black dates, black currant, prunes as they are rich in iron contents. Do pranayam lom -vilom bhastrika bhamri 5-10mins twice daily Some of the medicine have been recommended here, rest you can buy from outside.

this condition involves an imbalance of Rakta (blood) and Mamsa (muscle) Dhatus, pointing towards Yakrit-Pleeha Roga (liver-spleen disorders) with Pandu (anemia) as a significant complication. So we will focus on to support liver and spleen function, improve blood quality without increasing inflammation, and manage fatigue 1) Vasaguluchyadi Kashayam-15 ml + 45 ml warm water 30 minute before breakfast and dinner 2) Lohasinduram (7 times refined)-125 mg (1 pinch) mix with honey after food 3) Hinguvachadi Choornam-1-2 grams twice daily With warm water after food 4) Indukantham Kwath- or 15 ml 30 minutes before food 5) Drakshadi Lehyam-1 teaspoon twice daily after food Old Shall rice (Red rice), Barley (Yava), and Puffed rice. Ash gourd, Bottle gourd, Bitter gourd, and Pomegranate Green gram (Moong Dal) soup Boiled and cooled water, or water processed with Shunti (Dry ginger). Foods to Avoid Curd, Idli/Dosa batter, and pickles Excessive salt and chili, which can strain the liver and spleen. Deep-fried items, refined flour (Maida), and heavy sweets. Avoid mixing milk with sour fruits or fish. 1. Ensure adequate sleep, but avold sleeping during the daytime 2. Avoid strenuous physical exercise. Instead, focus on Pranayama (breathwork) like Anulom Vilom 3. Consider mild meditation to support the nervous system. Please Monitor for any increase in yellowish tint in the eyes/skin or increased heaviness in the left upper abdomen, and report these symptoms immediately.to your nearest doctor

Hemolytic anemia in your case is likely secondary to lymphoma, meaning your immune system is destroying red blood cells. —An enlarged spleen (splenomegaly) can: Destroy blood cells faster → worsening anemia Be a sign that lymphoma is still active or relapsing —Liver issues may indicate: Lymphoma involvement Or strain from chronic hemolysis / prior treatments –Rx 1)Aimil Livomyn Syrup 2 tsp twice daily after meals 2)Aimil Amlycure DS Syrup 2 tsp twice daily before meals 3)Aimil Neo Tablet 1 tablet twice daily after meals —Advice Take light, easily digestible food Include pomegranate, beetroot Avoid fried, alcohol, heavy diet — Note Supportive only—continue regular follow-up for Marginal Zone Lymphoma and Hemolytic Anemia.

Your condition is complex, as it involves hemolytic anemia associated with marginal zone lymphoma, along with splenic enlargement and liver involvement. This is not a simple nutritional anemia; it is a chronic immune and hematological disorder, so treatment must be supportive and carefully coordinated with your ongoing medical care. In Ayurveda, this reflects a disturbance of Rakta dhatu, Yakrit (liver), and Pleeha (spleen) along with reduced overall vitality (Ojas). The focus is on supporting blood quality, reducing excessive destruction of RBCs, and strengthening liver and spleen function. Start with Punarnava Mandur 1 tablet twice daily after food to support anemia and liver function. Add Draksharishta 15 ml with equal water after meals to improve energy and digestion. For liver and spleen support, take Bhringraj churna ½ tsp twice daily with warm water. If fatigue is significant, Ashwagandha ½ tsp at night with milk helps improve strength and recovery. Diet should be light but nourishing. Include pomegranate, black grapes, beetroot, cooked green vegetables, and adequate protein, while avoiding heavy, fried, and processed foods. Maintain good hydration and regular meals to support metabolism. Avoid self-medicating with strong or metallic preparations without supervision, especially considering liver involvement. Regular monitoring of hemoglobin, liver function tests, and spleen size is essential. This approach helps improve energy levels, supports blood formation, and reduces fatigue gradually, but it works as supportive care alongside your primary hematology treatment, not as a replacement.

Hello, Your condition involves three interconnected issues -Marginal Zone lymphoma (a slow growing blood cancer) -Hemolytic anémia (your body destroying its own red blood cells) -Enlarged spleen + liver dysfunction From an Ayurvedic view, this is understood as a deep imbalance of blood, pitta (heat/toxicity), and liver spleen system along with weakened vital immunity Ayurvedic view -Hemolytic anemia-> rakta dhatu kshaya + pitta aggravation (blood destruction) -Lymphoma-> abnormal growth in lymph= rakta + mamsa dushti with ama (toxins) -Enlarged spleen-> pleha vriddhi (spleen overload filterning damaged blood) -Liver issues-> impaired detox + metabolism Your body is producing impure blood , destroying it faster, and struggling to filter toxins, leading to fatigue and organ enlargement Treatment goals -stop destruction of RBCs -improve blood quality and production -reduce spleen enlargement -support liver detox + regeneration -strengthen immunity -prevent lymphoma progression supportively Internal medications 1) Blood and Liver correction -Punarnavadi kashaya= 15ml + 45ml warm water twice daily before meals =reduces spleen enlargement, improves liver, reduces fluid overload -Drakshadi kashaya= 15ml after lunch =improves hemoglobin, nourishes blood, reduces fatigue 2) Liver protection and detox -Arogyavardhini vati= 1 tab twice daily after meals =corrects liver metabolism ,reduces toxins, supports digestion -Liv 52 ds= 1 tab twice daily after meals =protects liver cells and improves enzyme function 3) Blood building -Dhatri loha= 1 tab twice daily after meals with lemon water =improves hemoglobin ad iron metabolism 4) Immunity and cancer suppot -Amritarishtam= 15ml + equal water after meals =reduces inflammation, improves immunity 5) Energy and strength -Ashwagadha lehyam= 1 tsp at night with warm milk =improvs strength, reduces fatigue, supports recovery External therapies 1) Oil masage= Ksheerbala taila 3-4 times/week =improves circulation, reduces fatigue, supports lymphatic drainage 2) Mild steam -after massage -avoid excessive heat (due to pitta condition) Yoga and pranayam -Anulom Vilom= 10 min -bhramari= calming, reduce stress -chandrabhedi pranayam= reduces Pitta -vajrasana -bhujangasana -shavasana (important for fatigue) Avoid heavy exercise can worsen anaemia Diet -pomegranate best for blood -beetroot (small amounts) -black grapes -amla -green moong dal -cow ghee small quantity -warm, freshly cooked meals Avoid -fried, spicy, oily foods -red meat (heavy on liver and spleen) -alcohol strictly avoid -packaged/processed foods -excess sour foods Home remedies 1) Pomegranate juice= 1 glass daily-> improves hemoglobin 2) Amla juice= 20ml daily-> boosts immunity + liver 3) Turmeric + warm milk (night)= reduces inflammation 4) Guduchi decoction= natural immune modulator Regular tracking is essential -CBC (hemoglobin, RBC destruction markers) -Liver function test -LDH (hemolysis marker) -Reticulocyte count -Ultrasound abdomen liver and spleen size -lymphoma follow up with oncologist Important caution -Your condition is serious and chronic -Ayurveda can support, but not replace oncology care -Avoid self medicating with metals without supervision Monitor for -sudden fatigue wrosening -yellowin (jaundice) -rapid spleen enlargement Your body is under long term stress from both disease and treatment. The goal here is to aggressive detox, but gentle correction, nourishment and stabilization Consistency matter more than intensity -regular medicines -simple diet -calm lifestyle Overtime, this approach helps -improve energy -support blood production -reduce organ strain Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
