What can I do to support my husband with relapsed b-cell ALL leukemia in palliative care? - #53215

My husband is inpatient in a cancer hospital in Washington, US, with relapsed b-cell ALL leukemia, on a clinical trial that is about to end. He is very fragile. Hospital claims he is too weak to be discharged but he only getting worse. He is receiving daily blood transfusions, is on palliative care and blasts are over 70%. Can anyone please help?

At this stage Ayurveda can be of very little help. ,
Can do light head massage with ksheerbala oil , will help him remain calm, have good sleep.
Aloe vitals 1-0-0 is a  nutritional supplements also digestive health, reduce systemic inflammation, and nourish skin and hair.  Also  it is rich in minerals and antioxidants .
Some light body massage with sesame oil.

He needs proper care under emergency under supervision, so just have faith in doctors and God , at this time the treatment they are providing can only help.

Thank you. However he’s only getting worse in their care. Is there anything I can do to help support him in getting better and not worse?

In that case you should take opinion from specialist in allopathic at this time, ayurveda can be supportive but this time their body is not able to take it.

U can do some externally that will help…
Gentle 2-3 min message with ksheerbala taila if not available there can simply use sesame or almond oil,
Om mantra chating slow voice around him.
- continue with other treatment as going on.
- avoid to intake herbal products for now

Sorry to hear about your husbands conditiion but nly emergency care is the thing that can be done right now.
What you can do now:
Give him soft and simple palm, feet massage with sesame seed oil massage if the hospital allows.
If he is on food give him light dal rice meals mixed with cow ghee.
Put some drops of lavender or rose or sandalwod oil on his pillow for helping him calm and heal.
Mantras and flute music helps in recovery at very soft volume. If not that you can find music of 432Hz and 528 Hz that will help him calm his mind.
Praying that these tips give you and your husband a bit of healing.
