Can Ayurveda treat my mother's weakness and speech issues after a stroke and cancer? - #55048

My mother had a brain stroke 7 years back and had larinx cancer on 2008 now she seems very weak. sometime she wants to tell but can'table to remember. She is talking but we aren't understand what she wants to tell us is there anything for her to cure?

After stroke, long-term weakness, speech difficulty, and memory problems can persist, especially in elderly patients. Since she also had past larynx cancer Ayurvedic treatment Brahmi Vati 1 tablet twice daily after food. Ashwagandharishta 15–20 ml with equal water twice daily after meals. Kalyanaka Ghrita 1/2 tsp morning with warm milk if digestion is good. Daily gentle massage with Ksheerabala Taila on hands, legs, and scalp. Simple speech practice daily: Slow speaking, reading aloud, naming objects, and memory exercises. Also ensure: BP, sugar, vitamin B12, thyroid, and brain follow-up checkups are done regularly
