Metastatic prostate cancer with bone spread needs your ongoing Lu-177 therapy continued. Dhamasa (Fagonia) has no strong evidence to control cancer; it may be used only as a supportive herb. Dhamasa use Dhamasa Churna: 2–3 g twice daily with warm water after food (or decoction 30 ml twice daily) Add-on medicines Chandraprabha Vati: 2 tablets twice daily Gokshuradi Guggulu: 2 tablets twice daily Ashwagandha Churna: 3 g at night with milk Trayodashang Guggulu: 2 tablets twice daily (for bone pain) External Gentle massage with Mahanarayan Taila over painful bones Advice Continue oncology treatment Light, nourishing diet; avoid heavy, spicy food Regular follow-up for PSA and symptoms

Dhamasa (Fagonia cretica) is described as a “Rasayana” herb with blood-purifying and anti-inflammatory properties, traditionally used for general debility and skin conditions. However, there is no classical Ayurvedic or clinical evidence that it can treat metastatic prostate cancer or reduce PSA levels, so it should only be considered as a supportive herb, not a substitute for ongoing medical treatment like Lutetium-177 PSMA therapy.

In managing metastatic prostate cancer with bone involvement, it is critical to prioritize your ongoing Lutetium-177 therapy, as it is a targeted medical treatment for your specific condition. -Regarding Dhamasa Boti (Fagonia cretica), the Ayurvedic doctors on the page you are viewing emphasize that while it is a respected “Rasayana” (rejuvenating) herb in Ayurveda, there is no clinical evidence that it can treat metastatic cancer or reduce PSA levels. It should be used only as a supportive herb, not a replacement for your current treatment. How to Use Dhamasa Boti (Supportive Use Only) -Dhamasa Churna: 2–3 grams twice daily with warm water after food. -Alternative: A decoction (kadha) of 30 ml taken twice daily.

Undergoing Lutetium-177 PSMA therapy is a deeply intense process. While it is highly effective at targeting prostate cancer cells in the bones, the radiation causes profound cellular exhaustion. This is exactly why you are struggling to stay awake; in Ayurveda, this targeted radiation creates a massive surge of intense, systemic heat that severely depletes your Ojas (core vitality) and directly causes your extreme fatigue and nausea. To answer your question directly: Yes, Dhamasa Booti (Fagonia cretica) is highly beneficial for you right now, but strictly as a supportive therapy, not as a replacement for your oncology treatments. Dhamasa is renowned in Ayurveda for its profoundly cooling properties and its ability to purify the blood. It will actively help cool the internal radiation heat, soothe the nausea, and provide natural anti-inflammatory support to your bone tissue without interfering with the Lu-177 isotopes. ✓Ayurvedic Action Plan We need to safely introduce Dhamasa to cool your system and manage the severe fatigue without stressing your liver or kidneys. 1. Dhamasa Booti Decoction (Kashayam) Usage: Take 1 teaspoon of coarse Dhamasa Booti powder (or the crushed dried herb). Boil it in 2 cups of water on a low flame until the water reduces to exactly half a cup. Filter it properly. Dosage: Drink this half cup once a day. Time: Best taken in the morning on an empty stomach. If the raw taste causes any slight nausea, you can shift it to 45 minutes after breakfast. 2. Giloy Ghanvati for Extreme Fatigue Dosage: 1 tablet twice a day. Time: 30 minutes after your lunch and dinner with normal water. ✓Crucial Care Rules The Hydration Protocol: Lutetium-177 is cleared through your kidneys. You must drink plenty of warm water throughout the day. Dehydration will trap the radioactive heat inside your body, severely worsening your fatigue and bone discomfort. Safe Gapping: While you are not currently taking other conventional medications, if your oncologist prescribes any painkillers or steroids in the future, always maintain a strict 2-hour gap between them and your herbal decoctions. Rest Without Guilt: Your body is fighting a massive battle on a cellular level. Do not force yourself to be active when the fatigue hits. Deep rest is exactly when your bone marrow recovers from the Lu-177 therapy. Regards, Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma

Hello, Metastatic prostate cancer with bone involvement is an advanced condition under active nuclear therapy Your current treatment is appropriate and critical - this should remain your main therapy About Dhamasa boti -dhamasa is sometimes used in folk medicine for blood purification, general immunity support But -no strong clinical evidence that it treats or controls metastatic cancer -not proven to reduce PSA or bone metastais -quality of boti forms is inconsistent So It is not a cancer treatment or replacement for your current therapy Important risk since you are on lutetium - 177 therapy random herbs can -interfere with metabolism -affect liver/kidney handling of treatment -reduce effectiveness or increase side effects So do not start Dhamasa on your own What Ayurveda can safely do focus should be -improve energy -reduce fatigue -support immunity -maintain digestion Internal medication 1) Energy + fatigue support -Ashwagandha capsule= 1 cap twice daily after meals =helps strength, reduces fatigue 2) Gentle rasayan (recovery support) -Chywanprasha= 1 tsp in morning =improves overall vitality 3) If digestion weak/nausea -Avipattikar churna= 1 tsp with warm water at bedtime =helps digestion without burdening ssystem Diet -high quality protein dal, panner, eggs -fresh fruits pomegranate, papaya -warmeasy to digest meals Avoid -heavy, fried food -unverified herbal mixtures -alcohol Final guidance Your priority -continue lutetium-177 therapy -regular psa monitoring -oncologist follow up About dhamasa -not proven -not recommended without supervision No medicine including dhamasa can cure metastatic prostate cancer Ayurveda= supportive care only, not replacement Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
