Practice yogasanas, pranayama.
Intake oats, flax seeds, nuts, legumes etc.
1. Guduchyadi kashaya 15 ml + 45 ml lukewarm water twice daily before food.
2. Chandraprabha vati 1-0-1 after food.
3. Chandansava 10 ml just after food
Intake these medicines for 2 weeks and follow up.
