Seeking Advice on Endometriosis and Cysts Treatment - #46455

Hi, I have endometriosis from one year and it also stick on my big intestines and I am having pain on my left side specifically when I open my bowl . Also I have ovaries cyst and I feel pain all the time in my below tummy . I read about kanchnarguggulu and thripala powder is good for endometriosis and cyst and shatavri for hormonal balance.can I take these and how I take it? I have very heavy pain during periods and also having mild pain after periods. Thank you
