Hey there, it sounds like you’re dealing with a lot right now, I’m really sorry to hear that. With thyroid issues, especially when the level reach to like 35-36, there’s definetely a connection with heightened fatigue, leg pain, and changes in your menstrual cycle.

First things first, though—please see an endocrinologist or your primary care physician, an immediate consultation would be ideal. Thyroid management often needs medical treatment alongside lifestyle changes.

Now from an Ayurvedic perspective, thyroid issues are usually related to an imbalance of the Kapha dosha and sometimes Vata. This could lead to swelling, weight changes, pain, and fatigue. Addressing these may assist you feel a bit better.

Let’s talk diet a little. Try to include Kaph-pacifying foods. Think warm, cooked meals; barley, quinoa can be your best friends. You should consider avoiding cold and heavy foods like dairy products, sugary, and fried stuff, these could aggravate Kapha. Same goes for wheat; moderation is key.

Wake up early, around sunrise if possible. The Kapha time of day starts around 6 a.m. Moving a bit during this time can really help get your energy flowing. A simple yoga practice, even 10-15 mins of Surya Namaskar can do wonders. It might be hard when you’re tired, but gently motivating yourself to stay active will help pull Vata and Kapha back into balance.

Iodoidine content herbs like Kelp can be explored in some contexts, but not without supervision, please speak to your physician about any herbs before you start them.

Massage can help too—consider some gentle leg and foot massages with warm sesame or mustard oil. This warms the body and aid circulation, maybe reduce your pain as well.

Be patient and kind with yourself, balancing isn’t a quick fix but a journey. Just remember seek medical advice first, your doctor’s guidance is crucial here. Stay well!
