Can dermoid cyst of 6 cm * 6 cm cured by Ayurveda in 44 year old woman? Or it needs a surgical removal. What is the difference ovarian cyst treatment and dermoid cyst treatment. Allopathy told to remove the ovary along with cyst. Is that necessary
