are patrangasava and ashokarishta used to treat spotting and brown discharge in between periods or before periods start? any precautions to take like something to avoid eating etc? age 43 years hai. bahut saalo se periods ke 5-10 din pehle spotting shuru ho jaati thi. mere periods 1-3 din rehte hai bahut time se. ab kuch mahino se periods shuru hone ke kuch din pehle brown discharge hota hai. kabhi kabhi ghabrahat bhi bahut hoti hai. subah 3-4 baje ke beech bathroom jaane ke liye neend khulti hai tab bhi most days baar baar bathroom jaana padta hai aur phir se neend nahi aati aur ghabrahat hoti hai. kisi ne patrangasava and ashokarishta Arogyavardhini Vati and Brahmi vati swarna kalp and chandra prabha vati sabhidin me 2 baar khane ke just baad lene ko bataya hai. appki is baare me kya opinion hai?
