Managing Hot Flushes and Other Symptoms at 51 - #46894

I am 51 years old, lady with hot flushes at night, abdominal fat, excess fatigue during periods, excess bleeding on the first two days of menses, poor circulation and painful varicose veins behind both knees, sinus headaches most of the time, bloating when I take milk and I really like milk tea.
