My periods are 3 months late. I'm 19 years old. I don't have pcos because as I checked it but I'm overweight. My concern is will my period come if I take dashamularishta

I will recommend some other medicines. 1. Saptasaram kwatha 10ml + 45ml lukewarm water before food twice daily (2 weeks) 2. Vaiswanara choorna 1 tsp with hot water at lunch. 3. Asokarishtam 10 ml just after food twice daily till next period or for 1 month.
As you mentioned you are over weight it is better not to take dasamoolarishtam it will gain weight in some person.
Do regular exercises. Adequate water intake Regular time for meals and sleep. Intake more protein and less carb. Eat little. Always intake a protein in each meal.
Include pomegranate raisins, dates, etc.
