I'm 21 female, Irregular periods for more than a year now. I have Hypothyroidism and low iron. I am also prone to stress and am losing hair in excess now. I have lost more than half of my hair volume in the last 6 months. What do I do? My appetite is good.

Medicines Kanchanar Guggulu: 2 tablets twice daily (After meals). Navayas Lauh: 1 tablet twice daily (After meals). Kumari Asava: 20ml mixed with equal water, twice daily. Nasya (Essential): Put 2 drops of Anu Taila (or Ghee) in each nostril every morning.
