Hello, Diet regulation and lifestyle changes are utmost important for ayurveda medicines to work for her: Diet- 1. Completely avoid eating processed food and outside food. 2. Hydrate with 2 liters of water a day 3. Increase the fruits intake and raw vegetables intake (All the above 3 are possible at hostel settings)
Lifestyle - 1. Physical exercise (walikg/jogging/gym workouts ) for 1.30 hours a day.
Medicines- 1. Amycordial forte tablets 2----0—2 after breakfast and after dinner for 90 days.
