Managing Uterine Fibroids and Heavy Menstrual Flow - #49068

Hi Dr, 46yrs old female hv 10cm uterine fibroids, but regularly get mensus every mth, but nowadays d flow is heavily, get lots of clots n now im amenic, hb 8.4 n iron 2.3 hence after mensus end will prolong with severe white discharge, m pitta body, so sometimes certain herbs make my body very heaty, can't sleep at nights. Tried varanadi tonic, but body started to become so so heaty till hv hives, pls advice tq
