Your symptoms of bone pain, body weakness, hormone imbalance, tongue pain, mood swings, and excessive fear can be quite distressing, especially when conventional treatments have not provided relief and reports appear normal. In Ayurveda, these issues may stem from an imbalance of Vata dosha and possibly Pitta dosha, which can affect both physical and mental health. This imbalance can lead to symptoms such as weakness, anxiety, and pain during menstruation.

To address these concerns, focus on a Vata-pacifying and nourishing diet. Incorporate warm, cooked foods that are rich in healthy fats, such as ghee, avocados, and nuts, to support your overall vitality. Include foods like whole grains (rice, quinoa), cooked vegetables (sweet potatoes, carrots, leafy greens), and lean proteins (lentils, legumes). Avoid cold, dry, and raw foods, as well as stimulants like caffeine and processed foods, which can aggravate Vata.

For supplements, consider taking Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), which is known for its adaptogenic properties, helping to balance hormones and reduce anxiety. Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) may also support female health, particularly for painful periods and hormonal balance. Additionally, ensure you are getting adequate calcium and magnesium, which are vital for bone health; supplements of these minerals may be beneficial if your diet lacks them.

Incorporating Triphala can aid digestion and detoxification, improving overall energy levels. Regular practices such as gentle yoga, meditation, and Pranayama (breathing exercises) can help reduce anxiety and improve your mood. Establishing a bedtime routine that includes relaxation techniques can also enhance your sleep quality.

Hello Sonali, please do not worry , as the condition may not be as serious as you think! Can you please explain how the symptoms started? Anything specific led to this? We need to find the root cause. How is your sleep? Have you checked your hemoglobin, Vit D, Vit B12 levels?

Ah, it sounds like you’re going through quite a rough patch, and with multiple things happening at once, it’s hard to get clear answers. Bone pain, weakness, hormone imbalances, tongue pain, mood swings, and fear can feel overwhelming. It’s great that you’ve already seen a doctor and had some tests, showing no major red flags, but let’s find a direction that’s actually helpful.

In Ayurveda, these kinds of symptoms can hint at a vitiation of Vata dosha, possibly mixed with Pitta imbalances. This might require a more holistic approach in both diet and lifestyle. First thing, consider adding more nourishing and grounding foods to your diet - things like warm, cooked meals that are spiced with gentle herbs. Think along the lines of kichari (that rice-lentil-vegetable dish) or maybe a hearty dal soup. They’re easy on your digestion and stabilize those erratic Vata traits. Stay away from raw or cold foods as much as possible, they’re not your buddies right now!

Keeping your digestion in tune is so key, maybe try having a bit of fresh ginger tea before meals to stimulate your agni (that’s digestive fire). It’s simple, just a few slices of ginger steeped in hot water, and it’ll warm you up from the inside.

Supplements? Well, before anything else, I’d recommend a good vitamin D supplement, since that’s a common issue underlying bone pain and weakness - an Ayurvedic equivalent could be Ashwagandha in a measured quantity under the guidance of a professional; it’s a great adaptogen and helps with stress and mood. When it comes to the feeling of weakness and mood swings, B12 support can often be a missing puzzle piece. Check your levels again if there’s any doubt, and a B-complex supplement might be useful there too.

Your lifestyle matters just as much - make sure you’re carving out time for regular relaxation. Simple activities like meditation or pranayama could help quiet those racing thoughts and alleviate anxiety. Maybe start small – just 10 minutes of guided meditation can make a difference.

When it comes to sleep, establishing a steady routine where you wind down naturally before bed each night can help. Sometimes a warm bath with Epsom salts and few drops of lavender oil might be super relaxing.

Painful periods could suggest a Pitta issue; maybe cooling foods or even a glass of warm turmeric milk with a pinch of black pepper might offer some relief during that time.

Let’s take it one day at a time. Your current hurdles don’t need to define you, and there’s hope in finding balance through these gentle changes. If things persist, please don’t hesitate to reach out to a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner who can better tailor recommendations to your unique constitution!
