Advice for Managing Adenomyosis and Heavy Bleeding - #49678

I have adenomyosis ,every six months, I had issues of heavy bleeding with clots,continuing the full month, Gynic doctor will give progesterone tablets for 25 days, After that I will get normal periods for 5 days every month.,,,, again 6 month starts ,I will get heavy menstrual bleeding What to do to stop these Any treatment for curing this Now this month also heavy bleeding with clots, my doctor advised to take Drakshathi kashayam and suhasini syrup . But still bleeding for 20 days, kindly advise any treatment 🙏
