-After menopause, regular white discharge is not common. Since it is thin and watery and happens occasionally, it is often due to vaginal dryness and thinning of tissues (low estrogen effect). -Rx: 1)Pushyanug Churna – 3 g Twice daily with honey/rice water after food. 2)Lodhrasava – 15 ml + equal water Twice daily after food. 3)Pradarantak Lauh – 1 tab Twice daily after food. 4)Yashtimadhu Churna – 2 g With milk at bedtime (if dryness prominent). -Local care: Yoni prakshalana with Triphala kwath (lukewarm) once daily for 5–7 days. -Pathya: Light, warm diet Avoid excess sour, spicy, fermented food Maintain genital hygiene -Follow-up: After 4 weeks.
