Managing Fibroids and Bleeding through Diet and Lifestyle - #51266

I have small fibroids, and occasionally if I overwork and have too much stress in my life I bleed for 2 weeks or more. I have been prescribed tranexamic acid to stop the bleeding. I’m wondering if there is something else through diet and lifestyle I can do? I’m 45 also.
