आपकी समस्या समझ में आती है, लेकिन पहले एक महत्वपूर्ण बात स्पष्ट करना ज़रूरी है। आमतौर पर पोलियो की ओरल वैक्सीन (OPV) सुरक्षित होती है और गलती से पी लेने से एक साल बाद अचानक टांगें छोटी हो जाना या शरीर बहुत कमजोर हो जाना सामान्य रूप से उससे संबंधित नहीं माना जाता। इसलिए आपके जो लक्षण हैं, उनके पीछे किसी अन्य कारण की भी जांच करना ज़रूरी है। चूंकि आपको 6 महीने से अधिक समय से कमजोरी, थकान, पैरों में कमजोरी और दिमाग में सुस्ती महसूस हो रही है, तो इसके कई संभावित कारण हो सकते हैं जैसे शरीर में पोषण की कमी (जैसे Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Iron), मांसपेशियों की कमजोरी, नसों से जुड़ी समस्या, या लंबे समय से चल रही थकावट। इसलिए सबसे पहले किसी न्यूरोलॉजिस्ट या फिजिशियन से मिलकर कुछ बेसिक जांच (जैसे CBC, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Thyroid आदि) करवाना उचित रहेगा ताकि असली कारण पता चल सके। आयुर्वेदिक दृष्टिकोण से लंबे समय की कमजोरी को अक्सर धातु क्षय, मंद अग्नि और वात वृद्धि से भी जोड़ा जाता है, जिससे शरीर में बल और ऊर्जा कम महसूस होती है। ऐसे मामलों में संतुलित आहार, पाचन सुधारने वाले उपाय, हल्का व्यायाम, और शरीर को पोषण देने वाली औषधियां सहायक हो सकती हैं। फिलहाल आप कुछ सामान्य उपाय कर सकते हैं: पौष्टिक और संतुलित आहार लें (दूध, घी, दालें, फल, हरी सब्जियां)। पर्याप्त नींद और आराम लें। बहुत अधिक शारीरिक थकान से बचें और धीरे-धीरे हल्का व्यायाम शुरू करें। यदि पैरों की कमजोरी बढ़ रही है या चलने में दिक्कत हो रही है तो जल्द डॉक्टर से जांच कराना बहुत जरूरी है। अगर आप चाहें तो अपनी उम्र, वजन, और क्या पैरों में दर्द, सुन्नपन या चलने में परेशानी भी है, यह जानकारी भी साझा करें ताकि स्थिति को और बेहतर समझकर मार्गदर्शन दिया जा सके।
