–4 din periods late hona usually normal hota hai. Kabhi-kabhi hormonal changes ki wajah se cycle delay ho jata hai. Agar 7–10 din tak periods na aaye ya cycle bar-bar irregular ho then consult once. — if periods not come in 3-4 days then start with —Rx: -Tab. Rajapravartini Vati – 2 tab BD after food × 5 days -Ashokarishta – 15 ml with equal water BD after food -Kumaryasava – 15 ml with equal water BD after food —Advice: Garam pani piyen Papaya / ginger tea le sakte hain Stress kam rakhein, proper sleep —Follow up: 7 days
