Namaste, Your symptoms — frequent urination with urgency and lack of control after nerve injury — indicate bladder dysfunction due to nerve involvement, with vata imbalance affecting bladder control. The focus should be on strengthening bladder control, calming nerve irritation, and improving overall stability. Avoid excessive caffeine, tea, and cold drinks, as they can increase urinary frequency. Prefer warm fluids and maintain a regular routine. Do not hold urine for long, but try gradual bladder training by slightly increasing the interval between urination. Gentle pelvic floor exercises can also help improve control. Ensure proper sleep and reduce stress, as it can worsen symptoms. Ayurvedic medicines with dose and timing: Chandraprabha Vati – 1 tablet, twice daily after food Gokshuradi Guggulu – 1 tablet, twice daily after food Ashwagandha Churna – 1 teaspoon, twice daily with warm milk Bala Taila (external) – gentle massage over lower abdomen and lower back once daily These are traditionally used to support bladder function, strengthen nerves, and improve control gradually when combined with proper routine. Since this is related to nerve injury, improvement may be gradual over a few months, and consistency is important. Consult me for more advice and suggestions on the above medicines.

Hello, Your case is neurologenic overactive. bladder after severe trauma related nerve injury Because the bladder nerves were likely affected in the accident, the bladder contracts suddenly without proper warning causing -urgency -frequent urination -poor control -sleep disturbance -nervous exhaution over time In these cases, treatment should focus on -calming bladder overactivity -nourishing damaged nerves -improving bladder control gradually Important medical follow up If not already done recently, please ask your urologist about -post void residual urine scan -urodynamic study -kidney function monitoring -spine/nerve assessment Long standing neurogenic bladder can sometimes affect kidneys if bladder pressure stays high Internal management 1) Chandraprabha vati= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =classical medicines for urinary urgency, helps bladder tone and control 2) Ashwagandha capsules= 1 cap twice daily after meals with warm milk =supports nerve recovery, helps stress, fatigue, nervous exhaution 3) Brihat chintamani ras=.1 tab once daily after lunch =helpful in nerve injury related vata disorder, supports neuromuscular function 4) Gokshuradi guggulu= 1 tab twice daily after meals =supports urinary tract function , reduces irritation and frequenc External treatment 1) Pelvic oil massage -use Mahanarayan taila =gentle lower back + pelvic massage daily =helps vata calming, supports nerve pathways Bladder training very important Even with nerve injury, bladder retraining can help Try -timed voiding every 60-90 min initially -gradually increase interval -avoid just in case urination too frequently Diet -warmcooked meals -adequate hydration small frequent amounts Avoid -caffeine -alcohol -artificial sweetners -very spicy food These worsen urgency Nervous system recovery Because severe trauma affects both body + nervous system -gentle walking -breathing exercises -good sleep routine Are very important for recovery Expected outcome -nerve related bladder problems improve daily -4-6 weeks= urgency may reduce somewhat -3-6 months= better bladder control possible Goal is improvement and stability, not instant cure Your bladder issue is likely fro nerve signaling disruption after major trauma, not a simple urinary problem Combining -urology follow up -nerve rehab -Ayurveda for vata nervous system support usually gives the best long term results Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
