Assessment: —Your blood reports show significantly elevated creatinine and urea levels, indicating advanced kidney dysfunction. Although the creatinine has decreased slightly compared to previous reports, it remains very high and requires close medical supervision. ----Advice: 1. Continue regular follow-up with a nephrologist (kidney specialist). 2. If dialysis has been advised by your nephrologist, do not delay treatment while relying solely on natural or herbal remedies. 3. Maintain strict control of blood sugar levels, as diabetes can further damage kidney function. 4. Follow a kidney-friendly diet with restricted salt intake and dietary modifications as advised by your doctor or dietitian. 5. Take fluids only as recommended by your treating physician, especially if swelling is present. 6. Avoid self-medication, painkillers (unless prescribed), and unverified herbal supplements, as they may worsen kidney function. 7. Monitor kidney parameters regularly, including creatinine, urea, electrolytes, hemoglobin, blood pressure, and blood sugar. -----Seek urgent medical attention if you develop: - Shortness of breath - Severe swelling of legs or face - Reduced urine output - Persistent nausea or vomiting - Confusion, excessive drowsiness, or chest discomfort ----Ayurvedic Support Supportive Ayurvedic medicines such as Punarnava, Gokshura, and Chandraprabha Vati may be considered only in coordination with the nephrologist. These therapies should not be considered a substitute for dialysis when dialysis is medically indicated. —Conclusion: At the current creatinine level, there is no proven fast natural treatment that can safely replace dialysis. The priority should be specialist care, appropriate treatment, diabetes control, dietary management, and regular monitoring.
