Your symptoms may be related to Shukra dushti, enlarged veins around the testis (possible varicocele), urinary infection, or weakness of reproductive tissues in Ayurveda. Low testosterone (190) and pain should not be ignored. Ayurvedic support may help by improving Shukra dhatu, circulation, strength, and urinary health: Take a nourishing diet: milk, ghee, dates, black raisins, almonds, pumpkin seeds. Avoid smoking, alcohol, late nights, excess masturbation, spicy/junk food. Drink enough water and avoid holding urine. Gentle yoga and daily walking can improve blood circulation. यह लक्षण varicocele, seminal infection, prostatitis या low testosterone से जुड़े हो सकते हैं। Testosterone 190 काफी कम है, इसलिए Urologist/Andrologist से जांच कराना जरूरी है। Take Ashwagandha चूर्ण 5 gm सुबह-रात दूध के साथ भोजन बाद Kaunch Beej Churna 3 gm रात को गुनगुने दूध के साथ Chandraprabha Vati 2 गोली दिन में 2 बार भोजन बाद Shilajit 250 mg सुबह खाली पेट गुनगुने दूध से अंडकोष दर्द/सूजी नस के लिए गर्म पानी से सेक दिन में 2 बार टाइट अंडरवियर पहनें, भारी वजन न उठाएं। Diet: दूध, घी, खजूर, मखाना, बादाम, काले तिल लें। शराब, धूम्रपान, ज्यादा हस्तमैथुन और देर रात जागना बंद करें।

आपके लक्षणों से लगता है कि नसों में सूजन, कमजोरी और urinary tract irritation की समस्या हो सकती है। Testosterone level भी कम है, इसलिए शरीर की strength और stamina प्रभावित हो रही है। बहुत ज्यादा तनाव, रात को देर तक जागना, spicy food और masturbation/sexual overexertion से बचें। पर्याप्त नींद लें और शरीर को आराम दें। घर पर गुनगुने पानी से हल्का सेक करने से दर्द में राहत मिल सकती है। दूध, घी, बादाम और पौष्टिक भोजन नियमित लें। Ashwagandha churna – 1 teaspoon दूध के साथ रात को Chandraprabha vati – 1 tablet दिन में 2 बार after food Kaunch beej churna – 1 teaspoon दूध के साथ रात को Gokshuradi guggulu – 1 tablet दिन में 2 बार after food यह कमजोरी, urinary symptoms और stamina में मदद करेगा। अगर नसों की सूजन ज्यादा है या लगातार दर्द रहता है, तो एक बार scrotal ultrasound और urologist evaluation करवाना बेहतर रहेगा। Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)
