Your symptoms—severe burning in urine, frequent urination, abdominal and back pain with a long history and recurrence—suggest a chronic urinary tract inflammation with aggravated Pitta in Mutravaha Srotas (urinary system), possibly with persistent or resistant infection. About Bhangsil tablets Bhangsil is an Ayurvedic formulation sometimes used for urinary burning and irritation. It may provide symptomatic relief in mild cases, but in your situation: The condition is chronic (6+ months) and severe You are already on allopathic treatment (Nifttas) without good response You also have back pain and recurrent episodes Ayurvedic understanding of your condition This pattern usually indicates: Pitta aggravation (burning, inflammation) Possible Ama (toxins) accumulation in urinary channels Weak bladder or recurrent infection tendency Safer Ayurvedic support approach Cooling urinary herbs like Gokshura, Punarnava Anti-inflammatory urinary formulations like Chandraprabha Vati Adequate hydration with cooling fluids (coriander/fennel water) Dietary control: avoid spicy, acidic, and heat-producing foods

From an Ayurvedic point of view, your symptoms suggest a Mutravaha Srotas imbalance (urinary tract disorder), often involving Pitta aggravation, which causes burning and frequent urination. Bhangsil may be used as a supportive medicine to help reduce burning and improve urinary flow, but it is not sufficient alone in severe or long-standing cases like yours. —Since symptoms are chronic and not responding to current treatment, it is advisable to: –Rx: 1) Neeri Syrup – 15 ml twice daily after meals with lukewarm water 2) chandanasav – 10 ml twice daily after meals 3) Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after food with water 4) Neeri Tablets – 2 tablets twice daily after meals —Advice: Avoid spicy, sour, and fried foods Increase water intake Follow light, Pitta-pacifying diet Maintain regular urination, avoid holding urine —Follow-up: 10 days or earlier if symptoms worsen.

Symptoms suggest mutrakrichra / UTI with pitta aggravation. Burning + frequency needs cooling, antimicrobial and mutravirechaniya support. Your ongoing severe burning, frequent urination, and abdominal pain indicate a deep-seated Pitta and Vata aggravation in the Mutravaha Srotas (urinary channels). The intense heat is causing severe inflammation of your bladder lining. However, the most concerning symptom you mentioned is the back pain. When a urinary issue persists for 6 months and begins causing back pain, it is a major medical red flag indicating that the inflammation or infection may have traveled upward to your kidneys, or that a urinary stone (Ashmari) is present. ✓Yes, you can absolutely take Bangshil tablets. Bangshil is a superb Ayurvedic formulation that acts as a natural bacteriostatic and anti-inflammatory agent for the genito-urinary tract. However, because of your back pain and the chronicity of the issue, taking Bangshil alone is not enough; you need a comprehensive approach to clear the channel and cool the extreme internal heat. ✓Ayurvedic Action Plan We must immediately flush the urinary tract, neutralize the highly acidic urine that is burning your bladder, and start the Bangshil to combat the localized infection. 1. Immediate Diagnostic Scan (Crucial) Because you have back pain and Nifttas has failed, you must get an Ultrasound of your KUB (Kidney, Ureters, and Bladder) and a Urine Culture & Sensitivity test this week. We must medically rule out kidney stones and identify if a resistant bacterial strain is present. 2. Bangshil Tablets Dosage: 2 tablets twice a day. Time: 30 minutes after your breakfast and dinner. Vehicle: A glass of normal water. 3. Gokshuradi Guggulu Dosage: 2 tablets twice a day. Time: Taken alongside the Bangshil tablets. 4. Chandanasava Dosage: 15 ml mixed with 15 ml of normal water. Time: Twice a day, immediately after taking your tablets. ✓Crucial Care Rules Coriander Seed Water: Even though you are drinking plenty of water, plain water is not enough to cut the heat. Boil 2 tablespoons of crushed coriander seeds (Dhaniya) in a liter of water. Let it cool to room temperature, strain it, and drink this specifically throughout the day. It is a highly potent, natural cooling diuretic. Strict Acidic Food Ban: You must immediately and completely stop consuming tea, coffee, tomatoes, raw onions, and green/red chilies. These items are highly acidic and physically burn your already inflamed bladder lining as they are excreted. Do Not Hold Urine: The moment you feel the urge, you must empty your bladder. Holding urine, even for a few minutes, drastically increases bacterial multiplication and back-pressure on the kidneys, which will worsen your back pain. Regards, Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma

Bhangsil tablets: These are marketed for urinary complaints, but evidence is limited. They may provide symptomatic relief. Its better to go with following medicines: 1.Chandraprabha Vati 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 2.Gokshuradi Guggulu 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 3.Tab. Cystone 1 tab twice daily with water after meals 4.Varunadi Kwath 20 ml with 20 ml water twice daily after meals Diet & Lifestyle -Include: Barley water, coconut water (if kidney function allows), coriander seed water, bottle gourd, cucumber. -Avoid: Spicy, fried, sour foods, excess salt, caffeine, alcohol. -Hydration: Sip warm water throughout the day. -Yoga: Gentle Supta Baddha Konasana, Shavasana, Anulom Vilom pranayama.

Hello, Your symptoms are not simple UTI anymore- this looks like chronic, recurrent UTI You have -severe burning -frequent urination -abdominal + back pain -not responding to Nitrofurantoin This suggest -recurrent UTI /resistant infection -or cystitis -sometimes even early kidney involvement First important advice since antibiotics is not working You should do -urine culture test very important -ultrasound KUB Don’t keep repeating same antibiotic blindly About Bhangsil tablet It helps in -burning urination -urinary irritation -mild infection But In your case (chronic + severe) -it may help symptomatically -but not enough alone Internal medications 1) Urinary cooling + anti infection -Chandraprabha vati= 1 tab twice daily after meals 2) Strong urinary support -Gokshuradi guggulu= 1 tab twice daily after meals 3) Burning relief (important for you) -Chandanasava= 15ml + warm water twice after meals You can combine Bhangsil + above meds for better results Diet -take coconut water -barley water -plenty of fluids Avoid strictly -spicy food -tea,coffee excess -junk food Hydration -continue high fluid intake -don’t hold urine Immediate doctor visit if -fever -severe back pain -blood in urine Expected results -3-5 days= burning reduces -1-2 weeks= frequency improves If not-> further investigation needed Bhangsil= helpful but not sinificantly alone Best approach -combine medicines -do urine culture -follow diet strictly Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
