How to relieve pain and flush out a 9.1 mm stone at the ureteropelvic junction with Ayurvedic treatment? - #55549

9.1 mm UPJ stone thoda bada hai, isliye pain obstruction ki wajah se ho sakta hai. Ayurveda me Mutrashmari ke liye stone-flushing medicines helpful hoti hain, but is size me urologist follow-up zaroori hai. ----Rx: 1) Gokshuradi Guggulu – 2 tab BD after food with Patharchur Kwath – 20 ml + 40 ml water, BD before food 2) Varunadi Kwath – 20 ml + 40 ml water, in evening after meal 3) Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tab BD after food 4) Tab Pathrina Vaidyanath – 1 tab BD after food with water ----Advice: 2.5–3 L pani/day, coconut water/barley water le sakte hain. Right flank pain me hot fomentation 15–20 min. Salt, cola, packaged food, excess tea/coffee, spinach, tomato seeds, nuts, chocolate avoid. –Urine strain karein; stone pass ho to test ke liye save karein.

A 9.1 mm UPJ stone is relatively large and may not pass easily on its own, so close follow-up is important. Ayurveda can support pain relief and urine flow, but please do not delay urology review if pain becomes severe. Drink adequate water unless your doctor advised restriction.
