How to improve weak urine flow and frequent urination at age 52 with prostate size of 27cc? - #55470

Today My postrate size is 27cc. PSA 1.01. Age 52. Kidney is healthy. Last 3 month I take veltom 0.4 after dinner.but urine flow is weak,now from last 6 days I take kanchenar gugglu and chandra provabati and prostrazz tablet as per doctor advice. But urine flow and frequent urination remain the same.

Your prostate size and PSA are reassuring, so symptoms are likely due to prostate irritation and bladder weakness rather than severe enlargement. Ayurvedic medicines usually take a few weeks to show improvement, so 6 days is too early to judge results. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, and excess fluids at night. Do not hold urine for long. Warm water and regular walking may help improve flow. Continue Kanchanar Guggulu as advised Continue Chandraprabha vati after food Gokshuradi Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily can also help If urine flow becomes very poor, burning develops, or urine retention happens, consult your urologist again. How many days urineflow is improved. Urologist give me silodol T one tablet daily. Can postrate 27 cc create obstraction in bladder neck.
