Kidney stone nikalne ke baad halka jalan aur urine flow weak rehna kuch din se 2–3 weeks tak ho sakta hai. Take Gokshuradi Guggulu 2 tablets twice daily after food. Coconut water and more plain water. Avoid Spicy food Less water Holding urine Agar fever, blood in urine, severe pain ya urine ruk raha ho to doctor ko immediately dikhaiye.

Nariyal Paani (Coconut Water): Yeh sabse behtar Ayurvedic pitta-shamak hai. Din me ek bar nariyal paani zaroor piyein, yeh jalan ko turant shant karta hai. B. Dhaniya aur Mishri ka Paani (Cooling Drink) ••Kaise banayein: 1 chammach khadi dhaniya (coriander seeds) ko raat me 1 glass paani me bhigo dein. Subah is paani ko chhan lein aur isme thodi si mishri (rock sugar) milakar khali pet piyein. Yeh mutramarga ki jalan ke liye ramban ilaaj hai. C. Barley Water (Jau ka Paani) ••Jau ka paani uttam mutrala (diuretic) hai. Yeh mutra ke flow ko badhata hai aur raste ko saaf karta hai. 1-2 chammach jau ko paani me ubaal lein, thanda karke din me do se teen baar piyein. 3. Ayurvedic Aushadhi (Agar aap lena chahein) Agar jalan zyada pareshan kar rahi hai, toh aap kisi bhi Ayurvedic medical store se ye surakshit dawaiyan le sakte hain: ••Chandraprabha Vati: 2-2 goli subah-shaam gungune paani ya nariyal paani ke saath lein. Yeh mutramarga ki sujan aur jalan ko bohot jaldi thik karti hai. ••Neeri Syrup ya Cystone Syrup: 2 chammach syrup aadhe glass paani me milakar din me teen baar lein.
