Go for usg scrotum dont hesitate
This looks like sports-related testicular strain or minor injury (common in football). Since pain started suddenly after activity, it should not be ignored. Avoid playing or heavy activity for a few days. Wear proper supportive innerwear during sports. Apply cold compress if pain increases after activity. Ashwagandha churna – 1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime Yograj Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food Gokshuradi Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food If pain persists, increases, or swelling develops, get an ultrasound of scrotum done to rule out injury or varicocele. Hello, Pain in one testicle/private part. while playing football is not something to ignore, especially since it started after a specific incident. In many cases it may be due to -strain or minor injury -groin muscle pull -spermatic cord irritation -varicocele -epididymal irritation or sports related trauma But occassionally testicular pain can also signal conditions that need examination Important= please get examined if -pain is persistent -worsening during activity -swelling develops -heaviness in testicle -nausea vomiting -redness -fever -sudden severe pain Examination is needed then Scrotal ultrasoound is needed Foot and repeated strain can aggravated -Vata in groin/testicular channels leading to pulling pain, aching after activity, sensitivity Immediate care 1) Rest from strenous play avoid football/running for at least 1-2 weeks Continuing heavy strain may worsen irritation 2) Supportive underwear wear -proper athletic supporter/snug underwear to reduce pulling on testicles during movement 3) Cold compress initially If pain started after injury -cold pack wrapped in cloth 10 minutes, 3-4 times/day,for 1-2 days Later if stiffness remains -warm fomentation may help Internal medications 1) Chandraprabha vati = 1 tab twice daily after meals =helpful for pelvic/genital inflammation and vata balance 2) Gokshuradi guggulu= 1 tab twice daily after meals =if dragging discomfort/ heavines present 3) Ashwagandha capsules= 1 cap at night with warm water =weakness/strain sensation reliever External support 1) Mahanarayan taila= gentle application only on groin surrounding muscles (not directly on sensitive genital opening) Light massage externally once daily do not massage aggressive on testicles Avoid -cycling long duration -football temporarily -heavy lifting -excessive masturbation during pain phase -tight synthetic clothing Diet to reduce vata aggravation -warm meals -enough hydration -ghee in moderation -nuts/seeds moderately Avoid -excess dry, spicy, junk meals Consult urgently if -sudden severe unbearable pain -one testicle higher than other -swelling/redness -fever -vomiting Most sports related testicular pain improves with -temporary rest -support -reducing strain -anti inflammatory medication But because the pain is localised to one testicle and started after an incident, a proper examination is important if it continues beyond a few days or keeps returning during football Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
Get a scrotal USG done so that the cause can be clear. If it is a torrsion it needs to be corrected surgically asap.
