Your blood is not just coagulating; it is full of Ama (sticky, undigested metabolic sludge). Because you have a Vata constitution with a history of leaky gut, your digestive fire (Agni) is highly sensitive. Your food log shows you are consuming a massive amount of heavy, dense, and sticky items daily: Ghee, Date Shakes, Vitamin E, Fish Oil, Collagen, Nut Butters, and Kushmandaka Rasayana. When your recovering gut cannot fully break down this heavy load, it absorbs it partially digested. This sticky sludge enters your bloodstream, making your blood thick and viscous. Your naturopath is trying to thin your blood by adding more oils (Fish oil, Vit E), which is actually worsening the Ayurvedic root cause of the stickiness! Furthermore, as your kidneys constantly try to filter this thick, Ama-laden blood, it causes micro-friction and inflammation in the delicate urinary channels, resulting in the constant small traces of blood (Rakta Meha). ✓Ayurvedic Action Plan We must immediately stop adding heavy oils to your blood, clear the sticky metabolic waste to naturally thin your blood, and heal the micro-tears in your urinary tract. 1. Gokshuradi Guggulu Dosage: 2 tablets twice a day. Time: 30 minutes after your lunch and dinner with a glass of warm water. 2. Manjishtha Tea (For Thick Blood) Usage: Boil half a teaspoon of pure Manjishtha root powder in 2 cups of water until it reduces to 1 cup. Drink this warm once a day in the late afternoon. 3. Saraswatarishta (For the Nervous System) Dosage: 15 ml mixed with 15 ml of normal water. Time: Twice a day, taken after meals. ✓Crucial Diet and Supplement Corrections Your food log needs immediate modification to stop the production of sticky blood. Stop the Heavy Oils: Suspend the Fish Oil, Vitamin E, and Collagen immediately. Your body is overloaded with dense lipids. Fix Incompatible Combinations: On Day 2, you combined decaf coffee, chocolate milk, and animal collagen. In Ayurveda, combining dairy milk with any form of meat extract (collagen) is Viruddha Ahara (highly incompatible). It instantly creates toxic, sticky blood and aggravates a leaky gut. Stop the collagen. Lighten the Load: You are eating heavy date shakes and taking Kushmandaka Rasayana (a heavy, sweet jam) right on top of heavy meals. To gain weight safely, your body must digest the food, not just swallow it. Give your stomach space to breathe. Regards, Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma

Hello, You’ve done a lot right already- this just needs sharper direction and a bit of correction, not more random additions 1)Blood in urine 18 months This is the one thing you should not keep treating only holistically without clarity Even if tests are normal, persistent microscopic blood (hematuria) needs:- -periodic urology follow up -rule out= kidney micro issues, bladder lining irritation, stones, vascular fragility Ayurveda view -pitta + vata in Mutravaha srotas -tissue fragility (dry + sensitive lining) Support (safe, gentle) -Chandraprabha vati= 1 tab twice daily after meals =urinary tract support + reduces irritation -Gokshuradi guggulu= 1 tab twice daily after meals =strengthens urinary channels Avoid anything too heating or overly detoxifying here 2) Thick /sticky blood This needs reframing It’s not literally thick blood- it’s usually -mild hypercoagulability -inflammation markers -lipid/fibrin imbalance Important -You’re already on fish oil, Vit E, lumbrokinase -no change= underlying metabolic + inflammatory tone not corrected Better -Guduchi (you’re already taking it) =continue (anti inflammatory, immune modulator) ADD -Arjuna capsules= 1 cap twice daily after meals =vascular health + circulation stability Avoid over thinning approach- focus on quality of blood, not just thinning 3) Nervous system + vata overload your history (spasms, pain, sensitivity, sleep structure)= high vata in nervous system -Ashwagadha churna = 1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime =deep nervous system reair External -Ksheerbala taila= self oil massage daily is more important than other occasional therapy 4) Weight ain (healthy, not kapha increase) Your current diet is too light + too frequent + not anabolic enough You are -eating well -but not building tissue Key corrections Current issues -too many fruit/liquid meals -not enough sustained protein + fats -overuse of digestive stimulants (ginger-lime-salt daily) Fix reduce -ginger lime salt-> max once/day -fruit only meals Increase -warm, cooked, grounding meals Add -ghee slightly increase -root vegetables -well cooked grains -good protein (lentils, turkey, fish) Add for nourishment -Shatavari kalpa= 1 tsp with warm milk daily =builds fluids + supports gentle weight gain without inflammation About your food log You are discilined- but slightly over optimized Simplify -keep timing -reduce supplements clutter -focus on absorption, not stacking Important -18 months hematuria -> do not ignore long term -sticky blood-> tract with real markers (CRP,fibrinogen, lipids) -avoid combining too many supplements blindly Your pattern -vata dominant system -mild pitta irritation (urinary + blood) -under nourishment despite good diet -over management-> under assimilation Focus only on -stabilizing digestion -nourishing deeper tissue -calm nervous systematically -monitor urine issue medically alongside Ayurveda Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
Hello, Managing Vata-related imbalances in the 6th decade of life requires a delicate balance of “Snehana” (oleation) to counter dryness and “Stambhana” (hemostatic) herbs that do not aggravate the cold nature of Vata. Microscopic Hematuria (Blood in Urine): In Ayurveda, this is often seen as Adhoga Raktapitta (downward bleeding) or Vataja Prameha. Since diagnostics are clear, it may stem from subtle inflammation or “leaky” membranes in the urinary tract caused by excess dryness (Ruksha Guna) and heat (Tikshna Guna) in the Mutravaha Srotas (urinary channels). "Thick and Sticky" Blood: This corresponds to high Rakta-Abhishyanda (clogging of blood channels) or Rakta Gata Vata. When Vata and Pitta are imbalanced, the blood can lose its fluidity (Prasada). This is often linked to the gut; if there is “Leaky Gut” (weak Agni), metabolic toxins (Ama) enter the bloodstream, making it more viscous. Ayurveda Medicine For Urinary Health & Hemostatic Support: 1. Chandraprabha Vati This is a classic for all urinary issues. It strengthens the kidneys and clears subtle obstructions. Dose: 1 tablet twice daily after food with warm water. For Blood Fluidity & Circulatory Support: 2. Arjunarishtam A fermented preparation of Terminalia arjuna. It acts as a natural cardiotonic that improves blood quality and circulation without the harshness of strong blood thinners. Dose: 15 ml mixed with 15 ml lukewarm water, twice daily after meals. To Cool Inflammation & Heal the Gut (Leaky Gut): 3. Kalyanaka Ghritam Medicated ghee that addresses both the nervous system and the gut lining. It is excellent for “Vata Vikriti” and nerve pain. Dose: 1 teaspoon with warm milk or warm water on an empty stomach at 7 AM. The current use of Kushmandaka Rasayana is excellent. To boost its effect, ensure it is taken with a cup of warm full-fat milk or A2 milk, which acts as a “Brimhana” (bulking) agent. Since the blood is “thick,” continue the Abhyanga (oil massage) but ensure the oil used is Dhanwantharam Thailam, which specifically targets Vata-related nerve pain and muscle spasms. The 90% dark chocolate at 3 PM is very drying (Kashaya rasa) and may increase Vata. Consider replacing it with soaked almonds or walnuts to provide the “good fats” needed for weight gain and blood quality.
USG abdo pelvis is the best way to known the cause. 18 months is a long time and should not be ignored. It could be a sign of underlying something big.
