Your symptoms strongly suggest a hormonal imbalance, often seen in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) pattern I strongly recommend getting: hormone profile (TSH, LH, FSH, testosterone) ultrasound pelvis To confirm PCOS or rule out other causes Your case is hormone-sensitive, and since weight loss is also involved, treatment needs fine tuning (dose, diet, strength of medicines).
