I've been dealing with irregular periods and cramps for a while now. My mom suggested I try Ashokarishta since she said it helps with menstrual issues. I bought a bottle, but the instructions are kinda vague, and I'm worried about taking too much or too little. Should I take it daily or only during my periods? I usually eat dinner pretty late, so I’m not sure if that timing matters either.
