Hello I can understand your concern It is difficult to deal with recurrent gout attacks with uric acid around 9.5mg/dl But dont worry if we focus on -Root cause -Control the uric acid -Reducing the inflammation -and to prevent further attacks We can significantly improve your life ▪️For your understanding We correlate this with Vatarakta It has to main components Vata = which causes pain Rakta = causing inflammation and accumulation of Uric acid And most important your history of recurrent attacks suggests Your condition is chronic with ama involvement Without targeting ama you will not feel much relief But dont worry we will plan a treatment which will target each and every aspect of the condition ▪️Ayurvedic plan of treatment (First focusing on ama) Kaishore guggulu 1 tablet twice daily after food (Reducing uric acid) Kokilaksha kwatha 15 ml twice daily with equal water after food Deuric 1 tablet twice daily after food (For reducing inflammation) Yograj guggulu 1 tablet twice daily after food (for Rakta shodhana) Mahamanjisthadi kwath 15 ml at bed time with equal water ▪️Panchakarma If feasible you can go for panchakarma therapies which will help to reduce your uric acid faster Virechana therapy - purgative detox Basti therapy- Enema therapy best to prevent further gouty attacks ▪️Diet to reduce uric acid Have more of lauki, karela, green vegetables Barley Amla Turmeric ❌Avoid Red meat Sea food Spinach Mushroom Rajma Bakery ▪️check your serum uric acid after 30 days of medication and do a follow up Wishing you a good health 😊 Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

●Ayurveda’s emphasis on digestive fire, or agni, can be beneficial. Weak digestive fire can lead to improper protein digestion, thereby increasing uric acid. Consuming warm, cooked meals and using spices like ginger, cumin, and turmeric can help stimulate digestion and maintain a balanced agni. Add a small piece of fresh ginger with a pinch of rock salt before meals to enhance digestive capacity. Hydration is crucial. Sip warm water throughout the day, which aids in flushing out excess uric acid. Avoid cold beverages, which can dampen digestive fires. Herbal teas, especially those containing nettle or dandelion, support uric acid excretion. ●Chandraprabha Vati 2 tab 2 times after food ●Kokilakshakam Kwath- 2 tab 2 times after food ●Punarnavasava 2tsp 3 times after food ●Kokilakshakam Kwath-2 tab 2 times after food.

Uric acid 9.5 ke saath gout attacks aana batata hai ki metabolism + kidney clearance imbalance ho raha hai. Ayurveda me isko control kiya ja sakta hai, lekin diet + medicines dono important hain. Sabse pehle diet strict rakhein: Avoid red meat, alcohol, beer, excess dal/rajma, mushrooms, bakery items. Sugar aur fructose (cold drinks, juices) bhi kam karein. Hydration bahut important hai – din bhar warm water lein. Daily light exercise karein, lekin acute pain ke time rest karein. Ghar par: Subah 1 glass warm water + lemon lein. Lauki (bottle gourd) juice kabhi kabhi le sakte hain. Kaishore Guggulu – 1 tablet din me 2 baar after food Guduchi (Giloy) tablet – 1 tablet din me 2 baar Punarnava tablet – 1 tablet din me 2 baar Yeh medicines uric acid metabolism aur inflammation dono ko control karne me madad karti hain. Regular 2–3 months follow karein aur uric acid level monitor karein. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)

High uric acid (like 9.5) in Ayurveda is mainly due to 👉 Weak digestion (Agni) + Ama (toxins) + Vata imbalance This leads to crystal deposition in joints → gout attacks (severe toe pain) Why it’s happening in this case Long duration (>6 months) → chronic buildup Occasional bloating → Ama present Repeated attacks → Vata involvement in joints. Avoid heavy, oily, high-protein/purine foods Stay well hydrated Don’t skip meals (important for Agni. Rest the joint Apply mild warm oil (like castor oil) Avoid heavy food completely. Punarnava mandur 1-0-1. Aarogyavardhini 1-0-1 Warm Regards Dr.Neha Singh, Mumbai
