How to manage elevated DHEA sulfate levels with irregular cycles and weight gain while trying to conceive? - #53815

Hi, My DHEA sulfate test came out slightly elevated 284 recently. past few month, I'm having irregular cycle, gained weight mostly in mid section, hips, thigh and hair growth on face. I do not want to increase dhea level more. I am taking healthy diet, doing yoga and I never had pcos and also trying too conceive. Please guide me. Thank you
