Hi please do a CBC. And Hb if you haven’t done so yet and preferably a thyroid function test. It is always better to understand the cause while addressing the symptoms. Also do you feel fatigue, weakness etc? How old are you and what is your general diet like? Do you have constipation or related gastric issues? Was there any changes happened in your diet or routine prior to this menstrual issues? Any spotting in between cycles? Acne etc. it’s better to go for a hormonal analysis including for LH,FSH,AMH and prolactin, and a USG abdomen and pelvis if symptoms persist.follow medicines advised as it will help regulate any hormonal imbalance and improve uterine health and flow. She care juice is also good if taken twice daily with warm water 30 ml but taking the tests and following a cause oriented treatment plan is always preferable. Include protein and healthy fats in diet. You can take sour foods, moong,amla, fish, amla, sour mangos, urad ,black sesame etc. in your diet for better results. Take tea with jaggery and cinnamon
