Your symptoms (missed periods, weight gain, high stress) are common in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. In Ayurveda, this is considered a hormonal imbalance with Kapha–Vata imbalance. What to do: Diet: Avoid processed foods; take light, warm meals (millets, green vegetables) Exercise: 30–40 minutes daily (walking, yoga) Stress control: Practice pranayama and meditation Ayurvedic medicine 1. Tab Cystolib nutra - 1 tab twice a day after meal 2. Tab Amycordial - 2 tab twice a day after meal 3. Kumariaasav - 20 ml twice a day after meal with equal quantity of water Keep it continue for 3 month
