You took Unwanted-72 (levonorgestrel) on 29 April. It mainly protects for intercourse before or within 24 hours of taking it. Sex again on 1 May is a new risk, so What to do now If it has been within 72 hours of 1 May, you should take another emergency pill. If >72 hours but <120 hours, a different option like ulipristal (if available) or Copper-T insertion is more effective. Expect period delay/irregular bleeding this cycle. Do a urine pregnancy test after 3 weeks from the last intercourse. Avoid repeated use of emergency pills; use a regular contraceptive method going forward. Ayurvedic Support (for cycle balance after pills) Medicines Ashokarishta – 15 ml + equal water, twice daily after food Shatavari churna – 3 g with milk, twice daily Rajahpravartini Vati – 1 tablet twice daily for 5 days only if periods are delayed and pregnancy test is negative If bloating/irregular digestion Hingvastak churna – 2 g after meals Diet & routine Warm, light food; avoid junk, excess tea/coffee Proper sleep, reduce stress
