Periods can get delayed at your age due to stress, weight changes, hormonal imbalance, anemia, PCOS, poor sleep, or irregular eating. Since it has been more than 3 months, do not keep taking medicines repeatedly without diagnosis Take Rajahpravartini Vati 1 tablet twice daily after food for 5 days only under doctor guidance Kumaryasava 15 ml + equal water twice daily after meals for 1 month Take warm milk with 1 pinch turmeric at night Avoid junk food, cold drinks, excessive fasting, and late-night sleep Do a urine pregnancy test if there is any chance of pregnancy Get pelvic ultrasound and thyroid + hemoglobin test if periods still do not come Consult a gynecologist soon because long gaps in periods need proper evaluation
