Severe pain in back and legs - #5544

I have gone thru venaseal treatment for both of my legs two months b4 now I am getting severe pain in knees ,legs,spine etc along with red marks and rashes all over the body due to what I don't know...... suddenly it comes and go and more cramps now in legs

Now, since you recently had a Venaseal treatment, it’s possible that your body is still adjusting and healing from that procedure. Modern treatments can sometimes create a temporary imbalance in the doshas, especially if you’ve had a big procedure recently. So, you’re not alone in this, it happens!

First things first, let’s address the pain and ensure you’re comfortable. For Vata imbalance, warmth and oiliness is your friend. Try an Ayurvedic self-massage using warm sesame oil; it’s grounding and can really help soothe the aches and pains. Apply it gently to your legs, knees, and spine, working it into the skin. Let it sit for about 30 minutes before rinsing off with warm water.

Diet-wise, focus on meals that are warm, moist, and nourishing. Think soups and stews, perhaps with root veggies like carrots and sweet potatoes. Avoid foods that are too dry or cold, and try to stick with a regular eating schedule to help balance your dosha.
