In 1st trimester, especially 1st month, I would not advise taking Kalarchikkai/Kalarchikai powder or Kadukkai powder on your own, even if you feel fine. –Abhi baby ka organ formation period hota hai,Agar constipation ho to warm water, fiber diet, fruits, soaked raisins/figs, and ghee with food can be safer options. – if constipation persist then take 1 tsf isabgol with Luke warm water at night
