My TSH level is 13.5..I got subnormal uterine fibroid..I drank warm water with one spoon ghee. Ragi kool with ghee..for past 6 months Should I stop this routine to avoid worsen of my condition I searched. But I need good dietary plan to get cure from my condition

Your warm water + small amount of ghee routine does not usually worsen thyroid or fibroids, so you do not need to stop it completely if it suits your digestion. For TSH 13.5 + fibroids, focus on reducing inflammation and supporting hormones: Increase: vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, dal, protein-rich foods Reduce: processed foods, excess sugar, bakery items, fried foods Avoid excess soy and junk foods Include iron-rich foods if bleeding is heavy: beetroot, dates, pomegranate, leafy greens Simple support: Kanchanar Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food Ashokarishta – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food Regular thyroid follow-up is important because TSH 13.5 is significantly elevated.
